What IVFQuote collects

The patient quote form may collect your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, treatment category, preferred treatment location, general timeline, budget range if you choose to provide one, and the pricing categories you want clarified. An optional notes field is available, but the form asks users not to submit medical records or highly sensitive clinical details.

Why the information is collected

IVFQuote uses submitted information to process a quote request, communicate about that request, and, when you explicitly authorize it, share the request with a limited number of fertility providers that may be relevant to the treatment and location preferences you selected.

Provider sharing

The current patient form asks for explicit consent before IVFQuote may share your request and contact details with up to three fertility providers. Participating providers may pay IVFQuote for introductions. A provider relationship does not mean IVFQuote has independently evaluated that provider’s clinical quality or that the provider is right for you.

Marketing email

Cost-comparison guidance is optional. The marketing checkbox is separate from the provider-sharing consent needed to process a provider introduction.

The quote decoder

The quote-decoder page is designed to run in your browser. The current version does not transmit or save the amounts you type into the decoder.

What this policy does not promise

IVFQuote should not claim that information is encrypted, deleted on a particular schedule, stored in a particular country, or never accessible to a service provider unless the production infrastructure actually supports those claims. Before launch, update this policy with the real hosting provider, analytics tools, email vendor, retention practice, contact method, and any applicable privacy-rights process.
